Talking about it is also protecting yourself&#8221;: taking the time to say whether you&#8217;re OK or not protects you just as much as road marking equipment during construction work.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Our employees gathered to discuss an &#8220;invisible&#8221; but very real risk: mental health.<br\/><br\/>A moment&#8217;s inattention, a feeling of fatigue, can represent a real danger for each individual, but also for their colleagues.
